1. The service
iGnite partners with schools to build innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems — innovation cells and tinkering programmes, student research culture, entrepreneurship exposure, teacher mentoring capability, and innovation events.
2. Enquiries
Submitting the enquiry form on this website starts a conversation. It creates no obligation on either side. Engagements are limited and taken up selectively.
3. Engagements are by written agreement
4. Confidentiality
Information a school shares with us during discussions or an engagement is treated as confidential and is not shared with other schools or third parties without permission.
5. Intellectual property
Materials, frameworks and training content we provide remain our intellectual property unless the engagement agreement states otherwise. Schools may use them freely for their own students and staff.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid under the engagement concerned, and is otherwise as set out in the written agreement.
7. Governing law
Governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Tamil Nadu.
