No payment is taken through this website. Submitting the enquiry form is free and creates
no obligation. iGnite engagements are invoiced to schools under a written agreement.
Engagements

| Enquiry submitted through this website | No charge, no commitment. |
| Engagement agreed and invoiced | Payment, cancellation and refund terms are those set out in the written agreement signed with the school. |
| We cancel or cannot deliver agreed work | Fees paid for undelivered work are refunded in full. |
| Duplicate or incorrect payment | Full refund of the excess amount. |
How to raise a billing question
Email ignite@intellectaa.com with the invoice reference. We acknowledge within 3 working days. Approved refunds are paid to the original account, normally within 7 to 10 working days.
