This policy explains how we collect and use personal information in connection with Intellectaa iGnite. Our contacts here are schools and their staff rather than students.
What we collect

How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss what a partnership might look like.
- To deliver an engagement where one is agreed.
- To send occasional updates to schools that have contacted us, always with a way to unsubscribe.
Confidentiality
Student data
iGnite works with schools, not directly with students. Where an engagement involves student work, the school remains responsible for student data, and we handle only what is necessary and agreed in writing.
Who we share information with
We do not sell or share your information. Your enquiry is received through our website host (Netlify) and reaches our email inbox (Google); nothing else is involved. No payment is taken through this website, and nothing from an iGnite enquiry is published anywhere. We may disclose information only where required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to two years. Where an engagement goes ahead, records are kept for the duration of the agreement and for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
Your rights
You may ask at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you or your school, or to stop receiving updates from us. Nothing from an iGnite enquiry is published, so there is no public record to remove. Email ignite@intellectaa.com.
Security
Enquiries reach a single business inbox and are seen only by our team. We use reputable service providers, and no online service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what we hold.
